The Nags Head Broadcast List Program provides for messages of importance, i.e., special notices, to be emailed to town residents, property owners, or other interested parties as long as they have signed up for the town-wide “ListServ” entitled Nags Head Broadcast List.
This list is maintained by the Town of Nags Head and is considered a public record. Therefore, your email address will be considered a public record and may be subject to release pursuant to a public records request. If you do not wish for your email address to be made public, you may not want to receive this broadcast. It is a broadcast only list. Postings to this list will not be processed.
