[SPOCNE] Saturn Takes First Podium!!

Well, after a year of frustration, it looks like the hard work is
starting to payoff!!  And the best part:  There were a bunch of
Saturnites there to witness it!!  Thanks for the support guys!

 

I qualified third with a 1:16.7, just 6/10s off Greg Amy who is the
current track record holder and only 5/100ths off the second qualifier.
I'll try to get a more detailed write up on kakashiracing.com with in a
week, but it was a battle!!  I managed a last lap pass to grab third.
And the scariest part of the whole weekend???  The car was handling like
CRAP!!!  The front suspension was still bottoming so it looks like we
are going to move to 650lb spring in the front and 800lbs in the
back..........

 

Thanks again to the guys who came out and watched.  I'm glad I could put
on a show for you!!
